Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and cultivate relationships with potential strategic partners, contributing to the execution of the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective business models and collaborative frameworks with regional partners, setting relevant KPIs and performance evaluation practices.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and potential, providing insights for market entry strategies and distribution channels.
  • Perform comprehensive business case evaluations for proposed market entry strategies and sales avenues, focusing on innovative marketing approaches.
  • Analyze regional and partner performance metrics to generate forecasts, strategic planning, and growth models.
  • Ensure compliance of regional partners with INEOS standards and processes, creating action plans as part of performance management. Manage the appointment and termination of regional business partners as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in international business development, particularly in customer and product launches.
  • A creative mindset with an emphasis on innovative thinking is valued over specific experience in the automotive sector.
  • Demonstrated success in an international business setting.
  • Strong understanding of global trends in the automotive industry, especially related to the 4x4 off-road market.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
