About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment and materials that meet our business needs while achieving the best possible commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and coordinate raw material fluctuations with suppliers.
  • Network with the wider INEOS organisation to maximise group leverage possibilities.
Requirements
  • Experience in procurement from concept-through-industrialisation-to-operation.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivery.
  • Able to demonstrate experiences in building and maintaining senior supplier relationships.
  • Demonstrable strategic procurement experience and/or NPI (New Product Introduction).
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and have effective time management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good capability with Microsoft Office software and experience with SAP is desirable, training will be available.
  • English language is mandatory and German would be beneficial.
