Strategic Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and cultivate relationships with potential strategic partners, facilitating the implementation of the business strategy.
- Develop a robust business model and collaborative frameworks with regional partners, setting relevant KPIs and performance metrics, and providing constructive feedback as necessary.
- Gather and evaluate market intelligence and potential, offering insights for market entry strategies and distribution channels.
- Perform comprehensive business case evaluations on proposed market entry strategies and sales avenues, actively exploring innovative marketing solutions.
- Analyze regional and partner performance to formulate forecasts, strategic planning, and growth trajectories.
- Ensure regional partners adhere to INEOS standards and processes, devising action plans as part of performance management, including the appointment and termination of partners when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in international business development, particularly in launching products and services.
- A creative mindset with a focus on innovative solutions is prioritized over specific industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in an international business context.
- Solid understanding of global trends in the automotive sector, especially related to the 4x4 off-road market.
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation capabilities.
