As a key member of our Group HR Function, you will play a vital role in designing and deploying the compensation and benefits strategy for Bauer Media Group. You will work closely with colleagues from various Bauer locations, including Germany, the UK, and Poland, to develop and implement global and local total rewards programs.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of global and local total rewards programs
- Participate in the design and implementation of job architecture
- Deliver benchmarks on different levels and create pay-bands
- Conduct salary surveys, reporting, and provide market information
- Assist in annual salary and performance reviews
Your Profile
- Minimum two years of experience in compensation and benefits in a large organization
- Ability to work with benchmarks and experience in salary and performance reviews
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Proficiency in German and English on a professional level
- Strong analytical, project-oriented, and Excel skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
