Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Compensation- und Benefits-Manager, der unsere Vergütungs- und Benefits-Landschaft weiterentwickelt und unsere Mitarbeitergruppen und Unternehmensbereiche unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickle und implementiere nationale und internationale Vergütungskonzepte für alle Mitarbeitergruppen und Unternehmensbereiche.
  • Koordiniere Vergütungsprozesse und berätst HR und Führungskräfte unserer Fachbereiche.
  • Führe Stellenbewertungen und -analysen durch und vertritt diese überzeugend gegenüber dem oberen Management.
  • Durchführe Marktvergleiche und -analysen, erstelle Reportings und leite fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
Dein Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte, praktische Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Compensation & Benefits in einem international agierenden Unternehmen oder in der Beratung.
  • Ein umfangreiches Wissen hinsichtlich der zeitgemäßen Instrumente einer modernen Entgeltpolitik.
  • Theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementmethoden und die Fähigkeit, diese sicher anzuwenden.
  • Überdurchschnittliche analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie gute Präsentationskenntnisse.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
