Head of Compensation and Benefits

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our compensation and benefits agenda in Germany, aligning with our global guidelines. As our Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will report to the Human Resources Director for Germany and Cluster DACH.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage pension plans, early retirements, and social plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Design and implement tariff policies, share schemes, and payroll operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong understanding of local regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
