Head of Compensation and Benefits Operations and Analytics

The Role
As our Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for managing and driving the compensation and benefits agenda in Germany in line with global Imperial Brands compensation and benefits guidelines. This exciting opportunity will come with the responsibility of reporting to the Human Resources Director for Germany and Cluster DACH.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement pension plans and early retirement strategies
- Design and implement tariff policy
- Manage social plans and termination agreements
- Design and implement share schemes
- Oversee payroll and HR operations
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies
Requirements
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in compensation and benefits. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required. Fluency in German and English is essential.
