About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of homify by developing new business streams for our English and German speaking markets.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead the execution of the programs overall business plan to exceed targets and goals. You will develop strategic sales and marketing plans, and mindshare in your accounts.

  • You will utilize solution based selling techniques and develop strong relationships with your account leadership and product partners.
  • You will prospect new account opportunities; deliver sales and revenue growth.
  • You will respond to RFP's by offering compelling business cases and by being the expert on our Enterprise Project offerings.
  • You will establish and manage relevant contractual agreements with our corporate clients & strategic partners.
About You
  • You will present outstanding sales and negotiation skills, as well as proper recognition of business opportunities.
  • You will come with a good amount of experience in business development and Sales, ideally face to face & telecommunication.
  • You will bring strong experience with solution and/or consultative selling techniques.
  • You will have an advantage if you bring knowledge or contacts from Key Players in the Home and Living space, and if you understand the main business metrics and models in this field.
  • You will fluently speak and write in English and German.
