We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at TAM Akademie GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve results
- Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building
