About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at TAM Akademie GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve results
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and optimize sales processes
