Job Summary

Annapurna is seeking a highly experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying our compensation and benefits strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans
  • Conduct benchmark analyses and provide recommendations for action to ensure market competitiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and develop compensation processes and tools
  • Manage global annual remuneration rounds, bonuses, and salary development

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits in a matrix organization
  • Familiarity with international compensation systems and structures
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and analytical abilities
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with solid SAP/SuccessFactors experience
