Sales Executive

Salary: 50K (Base) + 15K KPI Bonus
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00
Type: Hybrid, Permanent Contract (6 Months Probation Period)
Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in account management and tech sales, and is fluent in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Manager.
- At least 5 years of experience in tech sales.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
