About the Role

At Workday GmbH (Euro), we're seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our Field Sales organization. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for driving new customer growth and revenue through strategic account management and sales.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading cloud-based enterprise management platform, guiding customers through a journey of transformation and growth. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories
  • Performing account planning and coordination with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment
  • Initiating and supporting sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and sharing Workday value propositions
  • Maintaining accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data

About You

We're looking for someone with prior experience in cloud business application sales, leading complex sales cycles end-to-end. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, as well as experience engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory. A proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities, is also essential.
