Director of Business Development for Microcontroller Products

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Director of Business Development for Microcontroller Products. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development for our HPC microcontroller products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue for our MCU products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and engineering leads at target markets
- Formulate and implement business engagement plans to influence sales and business unit teams
- Implement platform and solution selling at OEMs, Tier 1s, and broader markets
- Work closely with business unit and sales teams to support and manage customer design cycles
- Develop executive relationships with customer R&D and purchasing management teams
- Foster a strong team culture based on accountability, execution of strategic targets, and teamwork
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong microcontroller background
- Significant work experience in OEM and Tier 1 business and related requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive semiconductor industry with experience in product marketing
- Willingness to travel
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams to achieve targets and increase OEM, Tier 1, and broader market penetration
