Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Product Marketing efforts for our High-Performance Microcontroller (HPC) product line. As Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and establish Renesas as a leader in the HPC market.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Strategize and plan activities to drive business development within assigned product lines and markets, focusing on MCU infrastructure business growth.
- Design-Win Strategy: Achieve Renesas design-wins on focus products in target applications by positioning our value proposition at customers, providing fitting products, and fostering strong relationships with key executives and engineering leads.
- Business Strategy and Engagement: Formulate, initiate, and implement business strategies and engagement plans to influence sales and BU teams, enabling MCU business growth.
- Platform and Solution Selling: Implement platform and solution selling at specified OEMs, Tier 1s, and broader markets, working closely with BU and Sales teams to support and manage customers' design cycles from prototyping to mass production.
- Executive Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer R&D and purchasing management, driving application discussions with relevant teams inside the organization.
- Team Leadership: Foster a strong team culture based on accountability, execution of strategic targets, and teamwork, leading project teams to achieve targets and increase OEM, Tier 1, and broader market penetration.
- Education: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a strong Microcontroller background.
- Experience: Significant work experience in OEM and Tier 1 business, with a minimum of 10 years of Automotive Semiconductor industry-related experience, including Product Marketing.
- Travel: Willingness to travel.
