Product Marketing Lead for Microcontroller Solutions

About the Role
Renesas Electronics is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Microcontroller Product Marketing Team as a Director for a HPC 32 Bit Microcontroller product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global business strategies to drive growth and market leadership in focused automotive and industrial applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and business development, to position Renesas as a leader in the microcontroller market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives, engineering leads, and customers to drive business growth and design wins.
- Formulate and implement business strategies to influence sales and business unit teams, enabling MCU business growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute platform and solution selling strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with business unit and sales teams to support customers throughout the design cycle, from prototyping to mass production.
- Foster a strong team culture based on accountability, execution of strategic targets, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a strong background in microcontrollers.
- Significant work experience in OEM and Tier 1 business, with a minimum of 10 years in the automotive semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of managing project teams to achieve targets and increase OEM, Tier 1, and broader market penetration.
- Ability to travel as needed.
