As Director of Global Microcontroller Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market penetration in focused automotive and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, leveraging product knowledge, application expertise, and strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1s, and partners.
- Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our presence in key markets and applications.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture, driving accountability, execution, and teamwork to achieve strategic targets.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer executives and engineering leads, driving application discussions and strategic initiatives.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies, positioning our value proposition and driving design wins.
- Education: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with a strong Microcontroller background.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the Automotive Semiconductor industry, with a proven track record in Product Marketing and business development.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage project teams to achieve targets.
