Our client, a leading global IT infrastructure solutions provider with over 8,000 employees worldwide, is seeking their first hire in Germany to establish and grow a significant business presence in the DACH region.
Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as Sales Director – Germany. You will be responsible for building and growing a high-performing sales organization in the DACH region, working closely with local government, healthcare, and commercial enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Sell directly while developing a high-performing channel partner network
- Be the first person on the ground in Germany with the freedom and support to shape the business
- Build a team of talented sales and technical professionals to amplify your success
- Represent a global brand that delivers better outcomes for customers through innovation and excellence
- Identify and create new sales opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Drive and manage full sales cycles, develop market strategies, and build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects
- Establish and lead a focused channel partner network to enhance sales growth and profitability
- Collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue
- Maintain clients, converting new sales into long-term strategic accounts
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of account management or business development experience in the ICT industry, with a preference for backgrounds in security and cloud solutions
- Skilled in solution and project-based selling, channel management, and leveraging networks to achieve targets
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €120,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
