Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Produkt Area Lead, der unsere Data Quality-Strategie vorantreibt und unsere Mitarbeiter*innen bei der Entwicklung von Lösungen für komplexe Datenmanagement-Probleme unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Entwickle und implementiere Strategien für die Verbesserung der Datenqualität und -governance
  • Führe deine Mitarbeiter*innen fachlich, persönlich und disziplinarisch an und sorge dafür, dass ihre Expertise immer up to date ist
  • Kooperiere mit anderen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Datenmanagement-Lösungen den Anforderungen der ING entsprechen
  • Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Produkte, Services und Tools der Product Area Data Quality und sorge dafür, dass sie qualitativ und funktional top sind
Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in der Projektarbeit, möglichst auch im internationalen Kontext
  • Praxis im Datenmanagement, vor allem Data Quality Management, idealerweise im Banken- / Finanzen-Kontext sowie in agilen Methoden (z. B. Scrum)
  • IT-Affinität, Grundkenntnisse in Datenarchitektur
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, ziel-, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Innovativ, kommunikativ geschickt, entscheidungs- und konfliktfähig
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
