Job Title: Lead Data Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Management professional to join our team at KION Group. As a key member of our Business Transformation Program, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Data Management Tower.

About the Role:

As Lead Data Management, you will be responsible for owning the Asset Management data cluster's strategy, objectives, and implementation. You will lead and mentor Data Owners in your clusters, ensuring that data objects are properly defined and follow standards and policies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Lead and mentor Data Owners in your clusters to ensure effective data management
  • Oversee data quality management activities for all data objects within your cluster
  • Provide functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules
  • Review data migration reports and recommend corrective action if necessary
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a Master Data Management-oriented role in a technical and commercial context
  • Strong knowledge of data models, industry-leading data quality, and data protection management practices
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on details and problem-solving competence
  • Ability to communicate and facilitate in English with senior-level management in an international and intercultural environment
