Job Description:

As a Senior Data Management Lead at KION Group, you will be responsible for leading the Material Master data cluster's strategy, objectives, and implementation. This role requires a strong background in Master Data Management, with experience in a technical and commercial context. You will oversee Data Quality Management activities, provide functional expertise, and contribute to the definition of data models, governance, processes, and data quality rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Material Master data cluster's strategy, objectives, and implementation
  • Lead and mentor the Data Owners or Sub-Owners in your cluster
  • Accountable for the data objects definition of the Material Master cluster
  • Provide functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, and data quality rules
  • Oversee Data Quality Management activities for all data objects within your data cluster

Requirements:
  • Strong background in Master Data Management
  • Experience in a technical and commercial context
  • Leadership experience in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical skills with focus on details
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
