Data Management Logistics Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Logistics Data Cluster as Lead Data Management - Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the cluster's strategy, objectives, and implementation plan. This role requires a strong background in Master Data Management and data quality management, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Logistics Data Cluster's strategy, objectives, and implementation plan.
  • Lead and mentor Data Owners in the cluster, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Oversee Data Quality Management activities for all data objects within the cluster, providing guidance on prioritization and metrics.
  • Review data migration reports with Data Owners and recommend corrective action if necessary.
  • Provide functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Master Data Management and data quality management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor Data Owners in the cluster.
  • Experience in a technical and commercial context, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of SAP Data Model, industry-leading data quality, and data protection management practices.
