Job Title: Data Management Lead - Procurement

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Lead to join our team at the KION Group. As a key member of our Business Transformation Program, you will be responsible for supporting our Data Management Tower as Lead Data Management - Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Procurement Data Cluster's strategy, objectives, and implementation
- Lead and mentor the Data Owners in your clusters
- Oversee Data Quality Management activities for all data objects within your data cluster
- Provide functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules

Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Relevant experience in Master Data Management-oriented roles in technical and commercial contexts
- In-depth knowledge of (SAP) Data model, industry-leading data quality, and data protection management practices
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on details and problem-solving competence
- Ability to communicate and facilitate in English with senior-level management from technology and business in an international and intercultural environment
