Job Title: Lead Data Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Procurement Data Cluster as Lead Data Management. This role is part of our Business Transformation Program and will be based at our Frankfurt Headquarter.

Tasks and Qualifications:

As Lead Data Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the Procurement Data Cluster's strategy, objectives, and implementation.
  • Leading and mentoring the Data Owners in your clusters.
  • Accountability for the data objects definition of your data cluster and contributing to ensuring data is properly defined, following standards and policies across the organization.
  • Providing functional expertise to define data models, governance, processes, harmonization, and data quality rules.
  • Overseeing Data Quality Management activities for all data objects within your data cluster and providing guidance on prioritization and metrics.
  • Reviewing data migration reports with the Data Owner and recommending corrective action if necessary.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or comparable studies with several years of professional experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Relevant experience in a Master Data Management-oriented role in a technical and commercial context and motivation to lead the Data Cluster Procurement.
  • In-depth knowledge of (SAP) Data model, industry-leading data quality, and data protection management practices, especially in Sales & Service data objects.
  • Highly skilled in change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on details and problem-solving competence.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English with senior-level management from technology and business in an international and intercultural environment.
