About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Endava UK Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving our human resources strategy and ensuring its alignment with our overall business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and management to provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will also be responsible for driving change initiatives and developing solutions to improve our people practices and enhance our employer brand.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving business outcomes through effective HR practices. If you have a proven track record of success in HR Business Partnering, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations, we want to hear from you.

About the Job

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders and management to provide expert advice on HR-related matters.
  • Drive change initiatives and develop solutions to improve our people practices.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including absence, capability, and performance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and translate the impact on our organization and business processes.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and communication of policies and procedures.
  • Own the relationship with local employee and union representations.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Have several years of work experience in global HR roles with demonstrated expertise in multiple HR areas.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Germany and familiarity with laws in other European countries.
  • Have relevant, progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior-level and executive leaders.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Be fluent in English and German, with any other language a plus.
