Unser Kunde ist ein e-commerce-Unternehmen aus dem Sportbereich, das sich in einer Phase der Umstrukturierung befindet und auf die Einführung einer hochperformanten Wachstumskultur setzt.

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Customer Service, der das 5-köpfige Customer Service-Team führen und entwickeln kann.

Aufgaben
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Customer Service-Teams
  • Strategische Planung und Umsetzung zur Sicherstellung der Servicequalität
  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung
  • Implementierung standardisierter Prozesse im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Procurement und Marketing

Tools

  • moderne Customer Service-Plattformen wie Zendesk oder Dixa
Qualifikationen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  • Starkes Verständnis von Kundenservice-Technologien und Systemen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Fähigkeit, strategische Ziele in operative Erfolge umzusetzen
  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
