Unser Kunde ist ein e-commerce-Unternehmen aus dem Sportbereich, das sich in einer Phase der Umstrukturierung befindet und auf der Suche nach einem erfahrenen Head of Customer Service ist.

Aufgaben
  • Teamleitung und -entwicklung: Führung des 5-köpfigen Customer Service Teams und Entwicklung von Strategien für die kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung
  • Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung: Sicherstellung der Servicequalität und Implementierung standardisierter Prozesse im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Procurement und Marketing
  • Implementierung von modernen Customer Service-Plattformen wie Zendesk oder Dixa
Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
  • Starkes Verständnis von Kundenservice-Technologien und Systemen wie ERP und Customer Service Plattformen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Fähigkeit, strategische Ziele in operative Erfolge umzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
