Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and successful Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes, including complex, multi-portfolio deals, and have a strong, credible relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at public, government, and enterprise customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including large deals and complex sales processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales in Central Europe.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience selling technology into manufacturing, corporate, or governmental accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability in areas such as pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
  • Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
