About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Lepaya. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing large enterprise clients and contributing to our overall success through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of large enterprise clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive growth and secure key business deals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Lepaya's solutions and services.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive revenue growth and expand Lepaya's presence in the enterprise market.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales enablement programs, ensuring that sales teams have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the enterprise software or services industry.

  • Proven track record of success in managing large enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.

  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
