Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für unser Customer Support-Team. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Kundenbetreuung und -beratung übernehmen und dich um die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Customer Journey kümmern.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Kundenservice und -beratung über E-Mail und Telefon
  • Begleitung der Kunden durch den Bestellprozess
  • Feedback-Analyse und -nutzung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Customer Journey
  • Wissenstransfer und -pflege in unserer FAQ-Datenbank
  • Teamarbeit und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Support-Team
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen
  • Hochschulstudium, idealerweise für noch mindestens zwei weitere Semester
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Sozialfähigkeit
  • Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Mindestens 10 Stunden/Woche Zeit, auch an Wochenenden
