Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für unser Customer Support-Team. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Kundenbetreuung und -beratung übernehmen und dich um die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Customer Journey kümmern.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Kundenservice und -beratung über E-Mail und Telefon
- Begleitung der Kunden durch den Bestellprozess
- Feedback-Analyse und -nutzung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Customer Journey
- Wissenstransfer und -pflege in unserer FAQ-Datenbank
- Teamarbeit und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Support-Team
- Hochschulstudium, idealerweise für noch mindestens zwei weitere Semester
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Sozialfähigkeit
- Organisations- und Koordinationstalent
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Mindestens 10 Stunden/Woche Zeit, auch an Wochenenden
