About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Billie. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the risk, product, and technical teams to create tailored solutions for customers
  • Contribute to the development of our customer experience strategy
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of complex technical products and services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German and English
