About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Billie. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants and business customers.

Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication, empathy, and a deep understanding of our products and services. You will work closely with our risk, product, and technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming requests via phone, email, and chat. You will also work as a second-line support specialist, handling more complex issues and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong interest in complex technical products, and a passion for innovation and startups in the fintech space.
