About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Billie. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the risk, product, and technical teams to create tailored solutions for customers
  • Contribute to the development of our customer experience strategy
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of German and English languages
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and remote work
