Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Billie. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Collaborate with the risk, product, and technical teams to create tailored solutions for customers
- Contribute to the development of our customer experience strategy
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of German and English languages
