Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Billie. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be the primary point of contact for our merchants and business customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, as well as working closely with our operational teams to resolve complex issues. You will also have the opportunity to work on advanced tasks and projects, collaborating with our risk, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer support and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of Billie's products and services to provide accurate and informed support
- Working closely with our risk and product teams to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Billie remains competitive
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or customer service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
