Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Billie. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Collaborate with the risk, product, and technical teams to create tailored solutions for customers
- Contribute to the development of our customer experience strategy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in a call center or sales environment is a plus
