Regional Sales Manager Job Description

Park Place Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our territory team of sales professionals. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, advancing our business interests, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet revenue goals and quotas.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them.
  • Manage and analyze sales pipeline to ensure continuous population of near- and long-term opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a technology-related field.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving high sales quotas and goals.
  • Leadership experience with a documented record of achievement.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales team lead experience.
  • Technical sales management experience.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree.
