Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and advancing our business interests. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales plans, and providing coaching and guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
    • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Team Development
    • Develop and execute training programs to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and develop sales talent to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a technology-related industry.
    • Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
    • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
