Job Title: Automotive Sales Director - Electronic Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the electronic products segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the electronic products segment
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Volkswagen, Porsche, and Audi
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
  • Strong understanding of electronic products and their applications in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with Volkswagen, Porsche, or Audi
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and electronic products
