About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our territory team of sales professionals at Park Place Technologies. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and advancing our business interests in the data center warranty and related services market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet revenue goals and quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop data-driven sales strategies.
