  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Manage Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
  • Coach and Develop Sales Team: Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage Sales Performance: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and opportunities
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales team lead experience
