Aufgaben

Als Senior Sales Development Representative bei Sherpany bist du verantwortlich für die Gewinnung von namhaften Enterprise-Kunden in Deutschland für unsere Cloud-basierte Meeting-Management-Lösung.

  • Erstelle und pflege dein Netzwerk und Pipeline, indem du täglich über 25 Outbound Calls durchführst.
  • Präsentiere unsere Vision den Entscheidungsträgern in verschiedenen Industrien und überzeuge sie von unserem Konzept.
  • Arbeite eng mit dem Team zusammen, um den Sales Cycle zu verbessern, einschließlich der Optimierung der Lead-Generierung, der Pipeline-Erstellung und der Conversion-Rate.
Qualifikation

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:

  • Erste Sales-Erfahrung im B2B-Bereich, vorzugsweise im IT- und/oder SaaS-Bereich.
  • Fähigkeit, eigene Leads zu generieren und diese zu einem Deal umzuwandeln.
  • Starkes Netzwerk und Talent auf allen Ebenen effektiv zu kommunizieren, zu präsentieren und Einfluss zu nehmen.
  • Selbstorganisierende Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Dir Ziele zu setzen und diese beharrlich zu verfolgen.
  • Fähigkeit, neue Wege zu finden, um Herausforderungen zu meistern.
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
