Sales Development Representative

About This Role
As a Sales Development Representative at D2 Agency, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue opportunities for our company. You will work closely with our Lead Development team to identify and pursue new sales leads, and develop strategic relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through research and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for D2 Agency.
- Collaborate with our commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain commercial relationships with assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities for D2 Agency and its partner companies.
Requirements
Qualification and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the digital agency or technology industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German language.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to network effectively and build lasting relationships within the industry.
