About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative position at Arctic Wolf is a critical role in our sales team, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for our security operations solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, and your ability to build rapport and establish trust will be essential in driving revenue growth for the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads through phone, internet, and social media outreach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior sales executives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Participate in events and tradeshows to build relationships with potential customers and promote our solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our security operations solutions and their applications in the market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Passport and ability to travel occasionally
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
