Job Summary:

C&D Clean Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our European solar market and customer development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the European solar market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct market research.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
