About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Schlafender Hase GmbH. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with our Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities and manage commercial renewal and contract extension of existing customers.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify sales opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Plan and execute prospecting campaigns to target new potential customers and generate leads.
  • Book meetings for our Account Executives and provide product demonstrations to support the sales cycle.
  • Manage our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years cold calling experience.
  • Proven track record of generating own leads and achieving sales targets.
  • High level of accountability and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in additional languages is an asset.
