German Sales Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at EQS Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving growth in the RegTech and compliance sectors for the German speaking market.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business leads into sales opportunities and nurture long-term prospects for your target market, with a focus on our existing customer base.
- Engage with and develop prospects via different channels (call, mail, social network, etc.).
- Document, track, and monitor your leads and activities in our internal tools.
- Utilize smart, targeted questions to executive-level decision-makers to qualify sales opportunities.
- Learn everything about EQS's range of solutions, and match them with potential clients' pains and challenges.
Requirements
- Self-driven individual with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong team player attitude.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- You're able to inspire trust and enthusiasm in our solutions.
- You're a resilient go-getter, who stays motivated to keep pushing forward, to achieve your goals.
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and German.
- Ideally, you have 1-2 years of successful experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the software as a service (SaaS) industry.
- Proficiency in understanding and working towards KPIs.
