Job Title: Lead Development Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Development Representative to join our Global Sales Development team at ServiceNow. As a Lead Development Representative, you will play a key role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers, and providing feedback on which campaigns generate the best leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and profile prospects and customers
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
- Work with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals to identify and qualify opportunities
- Manage all inbound leads to Sales acceptance
- Collaborate with Marketing to complete demand generation campaigns
- Invite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade shows
- Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points
- Research target accounts for prospecting activities
- Maintain contact information within the CRM
Requirements:
- A creative and customer-focused mindset
- A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
- Ability to differentiate ServiceNow to customers
- Fluent/Native German Speaking
