Job Title: Lead Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Development Representative to join our Global Sales Development team at ServiceNow. As a Lead Development Representative, you will play a key role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers, and providing feedback on which campaigns generate the best leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and profile prospects and customers
  • Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
  • Work with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals to identify and qualify opportunities
  • Manage all inbound leads to Sales acceptance
  • Collaborate with Marketing to complete demand generation campaigns
  • Invite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade shows
  • Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points
  • Research target accounts for prospecting activities
  • Maintain contact information within the CRM

Requirements:

  • A creative and customer-focused mindset
  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
  • Ability to differentiate ServiceNow to customers
  • Fluent/Native German Speaking
