The Role: How You'll Make an Impact at Personio
The role is primarily office-based, based in our German offices in either Munich or Berlin.
As a Sales Development Representative, you play a pivotal role in developing our sales pipeline, working closely with the Account Executive, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with decision-makers through active, confident, and friendly communication.
- Act as a consultant to potential Swiss customers, identifying their current challenges and helping them understand how Personio can support them.
- Proactively research and identify new customers, developing personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development and Account Executive teams, sharing best practices and providing support.
Requirements:
- Market Insight: An interest in the Swiss market, preferably with prior experience or familiarity with the Swiss dialect.
- Sales Acumen: Previous exposure to Sales, particularly in a B2B context, such as internships or working student roles in Sales, event management, or the hospitality industry.
- Tech Enthusiasm: A genuine enthusiasm for software products and the ability to effectively work with them.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (B1+ level), as well as proficiency in the Swiss dialect.
- Educational Background: Ideally, you hold a degree in Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field, although relevant work experience is equally valuable.
