Sales Role OverviewWe are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, building relationships with craftsmen businesses, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Reach out to potential partners, craftsmen, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Relationship Building: Develop and manage strong relationships with craftsmen businesses, ensuring effective communication and a seamless onboarding experience.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and communication to drive sales growth.
- Sales Efforts: Assist in organizing sales efforts and campaigns, working closely with our founders to optimize our approach.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads and monitor performance.
- Talent Profile: A proactive and organized mindset with a passion for sales and entrepreneurship.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a talent for building relationships and networking.
- Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with an agile culture.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1 level) is a must.
