Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead our Bathroom Tissue category in Central and Eastern Europe. As a key member of our Consumer Goods Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive market share growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to grow market share and revenue in the Bathroom Tissue category across Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives, and manage budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to develop and implement brand strategies, marketing plans, and activities aligned with business unit guidelines.
  • Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with a strong track record of driving market share growth and revenue.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think holistically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent brand development and marketing mix skills, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills an advantage.
