Regional Marketing Manager Central & East (d/f/m)

We market our products and services in approximately 150 countries under various strong brands, including the world-renowned TENA and Tork, alongside well-established names such as Jobst, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda, and Zewa.

We are currently seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for Bathroom Tissue (BRT) in Central and Eastern Europe (d/f/m) for a full-time and indefinite contract. The preferred location is within countries housing key regional offices in our CE&EE region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide multiple markets to enhance market shares of leading brands in the BRT category throughout the Central and Eastern region, including the formulation, management, and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and initiatives aligned with regional, global, and/or Business Unit directives.
  • Participate in and/or lead regional and/or European BRT initiatives, managing regional product launch processes in accordance with established plans and within the allocated budget.
  • Contribute to global brand development efforts and assist the Regional Marketing Director in representing the Central & East BRT region at the European level, including overarching topics and projects.
  • Manage the allocated category A&P budget in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Director, prioritizing expenditures across the Central & East region and various marketing activities.
  • Support the creation and/or adaptation of brand marketing communication materials across channels and products, ensuring alignment with local requirements and facilitating efficient communication for each market initiative.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your own team while guiding multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring they possess the necessary market, brand, product, and/or service knowledge (including delivering training sessions).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of several years' experience in a senior marketing role within top FMCG brands, with relevant experience managing multiple brands across different regions; additional sales experience is advantageous.
  • Strong background in leading both direct and indirect teams across various countries, fostering a collaborative working environment in both line and matrix organizations.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a comprehensive approach to developing and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at driving P&L and achieving market share growth.
  • Exceptional brand development and marketing mix expertise, including substantial digital experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, presenting relevant information in a clear manner in English (German is a plus) and a willingness to travel.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and customer needs, along with brand equity management.
